Love at first bite

Throughout the day, we offer small snacks (Bits) and a large choice of delicious Bites, which can also be upgraded to larger portions. Examples from our menu include delicacies such as the Bits Carousel or the Bites Club Sandwich. In addition, our classic brasserie dishes such as Siedfleisch (prime boiled beef), Entrecôte Café de Paris and Bernerplatte (Bernese platter) establish a connection to both locality and region, since it is here that Chef, Matthias Röthlisberger, procures the fresh produce for his kitchen.
